Governing Board


InfoMentum is governed by a special board of its investors called the Economic Development Information Systems (EDIS) Partnership, consisting of local governments, utilities, businesses, academia, the Upstate SC Alliance, and the SC Appalachian Council of Governments (SCACOG). The Board of Directors oversees the InfoMentum work program, budget, and develops policies and procedures.
